Brisbane trip (lots of photos)

Hi everybody,
I am back from my Brisbane trip. It was a nice break from the routine and we had lots of fun. While my hubby was attending a conference, myself and my kids went shopping and later went to South Bank. Brisbane is such a lively place. We then drove to Gold Coast (an hour drive from Brisbane) to see our friend and visited Surfer’s Paradise and  the Movie World for the kids. We drove to the mountains too. 3 days of actual fun and 2 days of flying, which was boring with many hours of transit and crappy food.
Here are some photos from the trip.
Waiting in the lounge for the next flight!
Drove down in a Mercedes Benz. What an awesome car! Pure Luxury!
A beautiful church in the middle of Brisbane CBD! This is the view from the hotel we stayed in.
At the Movie World!
With Batman in movie world! My kids did not want to take any photos with any characters! I was shocked. All they wanted to do was go on rides and eat. Guess, they are a bit old for pictures with characters.
Aditi was upset because she was not allowed to go on the roller coaster. She was about 10cms smaller. Poor girl, she was so down after that.
Siddarth at the Harry Potter shop. Both my kids love Harry Potter. We definitely want to visit Harry Potter theme park at Florida next.
Face painting cheered Aditi finally!
Yay! Murali with Austin Powers lol!
A rickshaw ride at South bank.
Inside the room. Siddarth took this photo of us. So he is missing in it!
Back from the trip into the normal routine now.Lots of house chores to do.No time to sit and craft and no mojo at the moment. Hoping I will make a start tomorrow and will have something to share. Until then…

Tiny Handbag and Notecards

I taught to make this in my class yesterday. We made them in different color combinations. I had two left out of the pack. So here they are. A Green and Purple one.
This is the Yellow and Chocolate combination. Love this combination a lot.
Both of these are on sale for $6.00 AUD. You can find them on my sale page. If you wish to purchase any or both of them, please email me here. If you want them customised then email me the details 🙂
Have a great day! I am going to pack for my tomorrow’s trip.

I would like to share some bookmarks I made for school library. My children’s school library has been generous to share the library for my craft class at school. I wanted to give them something that would be useful for them. So I made them some bookmarks with PTI’s bookmark die.
The librarians were so happy when I gave them. I did of course packed all 60 of them beautifully. Just did not have time to take a photo of it. Its a nice feeling to give things and feels even better to see the happiness on the reciever’s face.  Don’t you think so?
I had a class today with the school kids. Had a great time teaching them and see them smile when they complete the project. Its tough when there are 10 kids in the class but what a great feeling when they say they enjoy the class. I am enjoying the class too. I am getting all sentimental now!
OK! I got to go now. I am off to Brisbane on Friday and will be back on Tuesday. So have a great week and weekend! Will be back with photos from Brisbane.
PTI, Stampin Up cards

Hi everybody (Imagine a tired with dark circles under my eyes look!), Where did the weekend go? I thought Saturday just started. I cut out for a card on friday night, thinking I will finish on Saturday and post it on my blog too! Gosh! two days just disappeared very very quickly. I was telling my friend that I feel like my feet are attached to roller skakes permanently! Kids are participating in Eisteddfod end of August and I was driving them around for classes, practice and sorting out costumes over the weekend. I have  to run around for choosing tiles, carpets and other things for the new house on weekdays.Sigh! Just came back from the builders. Its Monday afternoon and I could just about complete the card and write this post. Thanks for reading my ramblings 🙂 Let me get to the challenge and card.
